Our winning formula is simple – we deliver interesting, informative and affordable ideas and we always have fun whilst we do it! We inspire our audience to make the most of their precious weekend time.

An institution on Sundays, viewers tune in to Channel 7 at 5:30pm across NSW. The show is repeated to a national audience across 7TWO on Wednesday and Fridays and Saturdays on 7Flix. Please check your local guide for times.
