Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay

You can’t beat fresh produce and, in Byron Bay, there’s a very special farm, where paddock-to-plate dining is a way of life! The Farm Byron Bay is an eighty acre, working farm which includes a collective of like-minded micro-businesses, including a bakery, nursery, florist, and an ice creamery.

One of the highlights of the farm is the restaurant, Three Blue Ducks, where diners can enjoy farm-fresh dishes, with many ingredients sourced straight from the farm – just meters from the kitchen. Run by five best mates, who are passionate about food, it’s a restaurant, cafe and produce store.

Magdalena Roze takes Mel through the Three Blue Ducks menu, celebrating the incredible local producers – and produce – found on the farm, and across the Northern Rivers. Stand-out dishes include the venison tartare, kingfish ceviche, and the coal-roasted Morton Bay Bugs, with confit chilli garlic butter and farm greens. For those that want to really enjoy the farm’s ambience and beauty, Three Blue Ducks also offer picnic hampers, to be enjoyed at a farm location of your choice.

Farm-fresh food, flowers, homemade bread – The Farm Byron Bay is destination dining at its best!
