Sally visits the National Arboretum in Canberra. This is not a single forest but 94 individual forests containing rare, endangered and symbolic trees from Australia and around the world. It’s a gorgeous place to visit for a family day out in the Nation’s capital. There’s plenty to see and do, and you can walk, drive, cycle or even horse-ride around the 250-hectare site – that’s bigger than 250 football fields!
